The Inspiration

When I worked as a traditional in-person Personal Trainer, I consistently found that there were limitations in the way I was working which included:

-My clients had busy work and family schedules, and I had a busy training schedule, which often made it hard for them to book regular appointments.

-As I got busier it got harder to book people in for sessions because there was competition for poplar training times.

-People would sometimes have to miss out on sessions if something unexpected came up and they needed to cancel.

-I wasn’t able to provide support and accountability for clients inbetween sessions, when they were away from home, or when I took time off.

-I often noticed seeing people flustered as they rushed to get to a fixed appointment when they’re already busy and juggling lots of things.

I wanted to find a way to remove these barriers and limitations for my clients, and so this was the inspiration behind my Virtual Fitness Coaching service:

To provide a way of training people that allows them more flexibility in when, where, and how often they can access my guidance and support, which enables them to be more consistent and get better results.

-You’ll get to use my custom online personal training app, where you’ll follow the workouts I’ve designed for you complete with videos and instructions from me, chat with me, and log your progress as you go, and you can access all of your training and support from any device connected to the internet.

I’ve trained everyone from complete beginners, mums to be, new mums, experienced exercisers, and sports people with my Virtual Fitness Coaching services. People from age 18 to people in their 70’s have thrived with my training programs and coaching.

One of the biggest misconceptions people have when they hear about my work, is that they often think that I deliver training sessions via zoom. This is not the case!
