My training is delivered through my Virtual Fitness Coaching Service, which allows you to be trained and supported by me at times that suit you without having to book appointments or fit into my schedule. You’ll get all of your training and exercise activities planned and reviewed by me every week and I’ll progress your exercises and activities as you master things and provide regular feedback to you. You’ll also be able to get in touch with me between workouts if you have any questions, or need any further support.
Although I’m based in Reading, West Berkshire, location is not a barrier to working with me as I have clients in various areas of the UK as well as internationally.
